Our team in Newcastle is thrilled to be the winner of the Newcastle Master Builders 2018 'Commercial Projects $3 million - 6 million' award with our construction involvement at St Pius X High School, Adamstown NSW. Working with the Catholic Schools Office and SHAC Architects, the project saw the demolition of the existing library and now stands a marvelous new multiple purpose learning centre and library. The stunning design by SHAC Architects combines a great combination of high end finishes completewith sandstone cladding, Aramax roofing, large glass facade overlooking new landscaping works, grand timber amphitheatre, modern learning areas and creative spaces. A towering forecourt structure provides covered outdoor congregation space and links to existing and new buildings.  Well done to the Newcastle office for delivering this fantastic project.

ReitsmaRFM was excited to be able to handover the newly refurbished Yurana wing for Christian Brethren community services in Cherrybrook. Working with NBRS architecture the team were able to deliver the 9 new high care rooms, 5 consult rooms and common areas also including a new lift shaft and lift for greater access to all areas of the site.
These works were undertaken in between the 2 existing occupied wings, which meant that the constant co-ordination of works with the client was of the greatest importance. With Residents moving in last week, we are sure the improved facilities will make for a great addition to the services that CBCS are able to provide to the greater community.

Great to see the aerial footage of Reitsma's staged redevelopment of Pennant Hill Golf Club which is well underway. We recently completed the suspended slab for the new members terrace. The new structural steel for the project will be delivered early next week. Reitsma is working with ABEO architects on this exciting project.

Great to see more final photos of the Maserati Service Centre at Roseville that was completed late 2017. It is at full capacity and looking immaculate.
Working with McCarroll's Automotive Group and Figgis and Jefferson Architects, the workshop received a complete fit-out of both the new service reception and workshop areas. This included stainless steel workshop benches, epoxy applied across the entire floor, equipment and hoists imported all the way from Europe that had to be converted to Australian standards during installation.
It is a fantastic achievement for the team and makes for one of the best automotive spaces to work in that we have ever seen.

Big congratulations to Matthew Frail our Safety Manager receiving this months safety award!  Matt's diligence and service across the company does not go unappreciated throughout all the projects he works on.  Matt has become a great sounding board for  site managers with questions and queries regarding EH&S on site and in the office. Keep up the great work Matt.
