Australian International Academy Stage 3. Working with PMDL Architecture & Design, Reitsma has successfully finished works on the Refurbishment to the new Learning Areas. The $3.8 Million project included the construction of the new General Learning Areas, Visual Arts Workshops, Ceramics Workshop and a Science Laboratory Classroom.  

St Ursula's College, Kingsgrove - Stage 3. Another successful project has been handed over for Sydney Catholic Schools. The $8 Million project included a new Administration block, new general learning areas, drama facilities along with Food and Technology learning areas. Another successful project working alongside JDH architects

Hyundai Showroom at Ryde. The project involved the demolition of the existing structure on the site to make way for a new showroom. The project has superb full height frameless glazed facade, intricate ACM cladding and tiling works in accordance with the Hyundai's corporate branding. Demolition is nearly complete at Sydney Markets, Warehouse Z in Homebush.

We have been awarded Oxford Falls Grammar School - The Building K project. The project is broken down into three stages including a new car-park beneath a new Building K. The project will provide another eight General Purpose Learning Areas over two storeys. The project also includes a Senior Private Study Area and a Multi-Purpose Learning Area. Amenities and circulation areas will be extended to Building H. There is also a new Pedestrian Bridge connecting the Sports Fields to the new Building K. On this project will are working with DTB Architects and Rooney and Bye. 

Reitsma has just been awarded the construction of alterations and additions of the proposed auditorium and church refurbishment works at Carlingford. The project is due to commence early next week and will be a great addition to the existing facilities on the site. We are working alongside DDC Architects on this significant development.

We have been awarded Pennant Hills Golf Club. Initially established on the site at the corner of Copland and Pennant Hills Roads as Beecroft Golf Club in May 1906, the fourth oldest Golf Club in Sydney still playing on the same grounds, is set to undergo a major facelift.

The additions include a new Members Entry, Founders bar, male and female amenities and change rooms, a new Cafe, Golf Pro shop, and extensive refurbishment of the Main bar, Function rooms, and Function Amenities. We are working with ABEO Architects on this exciting project.
