Situated adjacent to the creek and wedged in between existing buildings, Reitsma Constructed the two level structure working with very tight access and restrictions with school requirements. The project entailed the construction of a new walkway link along the bush escarpment which provides views and access across the miniature forest onto the adjacent playing fields. High End Features such as Exposed Concrete Surfaces, Curved Canopy Roofing and Metallic External Cladding highlighted the the New Science Laboratory and General Learning area facility. The project was undertaken in conjunction with MCA Architects and Rooney & Bye Project management.
